Complete Recycling System-BERAHN® consists of the modular build industrial plant and the economic and lean pyrolysis procedure. This system realizes economic efficiency, real recycling, and environmental friendliness on industry level.

In the past several pyrolysis procedures for recycling of used car tires, rubber, or biomass were developed and patented. Until now, none of the developed procedures has the ability to work economically on an industrial level. Too many costly intermediate steps, such as adding catalysts or other additives, crushing input into small pieces, or after-treatments of the end products are necessary.

Pyrolysis is the decomposition by heat under exclusion from oxygen of compound materials such as carbon compounds. Therefore it is a matter of flameless oxidation.
