Realization
Using the example of an 8-module-plantConstructional requirementsFor an 8-module-plant a production hall of 40.00 meters length, 15.00 meters width, and 5.00 meter clear height is necessary.
Furthermore, common rooms for the workers, including sanitary facilities, and offices have to be considered.
Staff requirementsIn principle the system is designed for a three-shift-operation, 7 days a week. In an 8-module-plant 3 workers per shift are necessary. The total demand of employees adds up to at least 12 workers plus at least one stand-by man, one secretary, and one business manager.
SchedulingAfter completing the prearrangements and placement of the order of the modules about three months for shipping are planned.
On the date of delivery the production hall must be completed. Otherwise the mounting of the system is not possible.
After delivery professional staff of RR-Industries mounts the system. Afterwards the system will be adjusted and some trails are driven.
This takes about three weeks.
In conclusion the future staff will be trained on the system and it will be handed over to the operator.
