Procedure

One reactor has to be loaded with at least 0.75 metric tons of input. With help of machines the reactor is put into the heating medium. After closing the oven and connecting the cooling system the pyrolysis process starts. During the procedure the gas condenses. Produced BERAHN®-Oil is collected in the oil daily production tank. The remaining BERAHN®-Gas can be led to a block heat and power station or gas-steam power plant.

After the pyrolysis phase the reactor will be transported to the cooling down room. When the cooling is finished the reactor will be emptied via a special dumping station. The filled transportation carriage will be directed to a connected sorting, where the steel will be separated via a magnet, as far as used car tires including rim were recycled.

In the end BERAHN®-Carbon will we packed as customer demands and delivered. The emptied reactor will be reloaded and a new process can start.

Due to the gentle process steel keeps its original properties and can be sold as a first-class resource.
